Welcome! And thank you for being part of this important initiative: The Resilience Index.

The team at 11 Tribes is working on this exciting project with Drs. Hannah Stolze and Emily Hunter at Baylor University and we want YOU to be apart of it!

Our core belief is simple: healthy founders build healthy companies, and healthy companies drive strong returns. This conviction is the driving force behind this initiative.

Despite how critical resilience is to a startup’s success, data on the topic is thin. The Resilience Index will be an innovative effort in collaboration with Baylor University to benchmark founder resilience and how it connects to growth, performance, retention, and culture through annual, ecosystem-wide data.

Here is where we need your help!

You and other participants have the opportunity to complete two short surveys that will provide the basis for our Index. The two surveys will be administered one month apart.
You will have the opportunity to nominate one to two team member to provide feedback on you, your leadership, and your organization.
Lastly, with each survey, you will receive a summary report providing guidance and benchmark data

What You Would Get

✅ **$20** gift card after completing the first survey

✅ **$30** gift card after completing the second survey ($50 total for completion)

🎰 **$500** will be randomly awarded to a survey participant who completed both surveys 

💡 More importantly, you will gain insights into your own resilience while helping shape
      how the startup world understands its impact on business and leadership outcomes

We plan to repeat this annually to track resilience over time, providing founders with insights, benchmarks across the startup ecosystem, and data-driven strategies to strengthen resilience and boost success.
